Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for mum’s funeral yesterday. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect! Your professionalism, kindness, compassion & support was exemplary & beyond expectations. We cannot thank you enough! I don’t think I could have done it without yours & Lorraine’s help & support. For [K] too she felt so at ease with your help in the preparation of mum’s sending off. We both think mum would have been proud of us both in giving her the send off she deserved.
