I just wanted to say a huge thank you for making dad’s funeral so special a send off for him, and a perfect tribute to him from us. From the first contact, every person we spoke to was incredibly supportive and caring, yet professional. We felt listened to and understood, and everything we asked for was included in the service, it felt as though nothing was too much trouble. It also felt that you both showed the utmost respect to dad, it didn’t feel like you or the team saw it as just a job, rather that you all really cared about both dad and us.
