Sheila RACKSTRAW

Sheila Anne Rackstraw of Hartford, wife of the late Wing Commander Allan Rackstraw, passed away peacefully on 28th January 2020, aged 83 years.  A much loved mother to Russell and Martin, mother-in-law to Josie and Vickie and nan to Holly and Evie, who will be missed by all who knew her.  Sheila’s funeral service has taken place.
