Jacqueline COOK passed away peacefully on 22nd April 2021, aged 77 years. Much loved wife to Brian, a cherished mother to Warren and Malcolm, adored mother-in-law to Claire and Paula and a devoted grandmother to Roxanne and Hannah. Jacqueline will be forever missed by her family and all who knew her. Due to current restrictions, a private ceremony will take place at Cambridge Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, can be made payable to NWANHSFT Hinchingbrooke Charity (the Woodlands Centre at Hinchingbrooke Hospital) and sent c/o Kingfisher Independent Funeral Services, Gate Lodge, Cemetery Road, St Neots PE19 2BX.
