Jennifer Ann ADAMS, passed away peacefully in Addenbrooke’s hospital on 8th February 2022, aged 57 years. Beloved wife to Stephen and devoted mum to Carrie. Jennifer will be sadly missed by her family and all who knew her. Jennifer’s funeral is a private cremation.
