Patricia Stanley passed away peacefully on Wednesday 9th December 2020 at Hardwick Dene Residential Care Home, aged 91 years. Joyce MAUD

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Joyce Maud (née Warner) announces that she was unexpectedly taken from them on Thursday 26th November at The Royal Papworth Hospital. She was 77 years old. Joyce leaves behind her adoring husband John who will miss her immensely, and her children Philip, Sarah, Kathryn and their partners. Also missing their Grandma are Thomas, Maci and Hermione, and missing her Great-Grandma is Caitlyn. Joyce had a huge circle of friends whom she made throughout her life when she was a wife, mother, friend or colleague, and she stayed in touch with them all right up to the end of her life. Many have sent messages sharing lovely memories of the time they spent with her. She will be sorely missed by all. We hope Joyce is now at peace and will reunite with her faithful friend Charlie-Chops. Joyce’s funeral was held at Cambridge Crematorium on Monday 14th December. Kay GOODMAN

It is with great sadness that the family of Kay Gillian Goodman (née Williams) announces her passing after a sudden illness on Monday 16th November, at the age of 53. Kay passed away peacefully at Addenbrooke’s Hospital and will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 16 years, James, their cats Simba & Kirye, her Brother, Kevin and his new wife Alison. After working for HMRC for several years, Kay went to Keele University as a mature student and gained a degree in Biology and English as well as meeting her future husband. From University she was involved in amateur dramatics and live role playing for many years, mostly in an organisational capacity. When poor health restricted this, she moved to other activities include helping to write pub quizzes. Kay’s funeral was held at St Mary’s Church, Eaton Socon.
